SundaySky’s website looked like it belonged to a tech company, but it didn’t tell the full story of the company’s Customer Experience capabilities. As a leader in the CX space, SundaySky needed a premium web presence that would appeal to CXOs and convey the full breadth of partnership possibilities across multiple industries.

What We Did 

The eDesign team knew that the best way to capture the attention of a CXO was to develop a dynamic 3D video that would greet visitors upon arrival to the SundaySky site. Our team created a visual centerpiece featuring customer personas that told the “why” and the “what” of SundaySky’s software and partnership. In order to meet lead generation goals, we focused on providing a smart user experience that would amplify stories and testimonials. We also provided WordPress integration and content migration that preserved the company’s previous page rankings and SEO performance.

How It Went

Garnering highly positive feedback both internally and externally, the new SundaySky website is driving strong leads for sales and opening up more conversations across industries. The company is now able to establish a name for itself not just for personalized video solutions, but for a full range of CX projects. As a testament to the success of our site redesign, eDesign will continue to work with SundaySky on quarterly site maintenance and enhancements.
